Apply your skills
Help us get our name out there!
Believe it or not, not everyone knows about Jaccede yet!
To make more of an impact, we need lots of users and contributors!
- If your local authority holds information days for community groups, your company has a volunteer scheme, or another organisation near you is planning a volunteering event, why not run a Jaccede stand? Contact us and we will send you some presentation materials.
- If you are social media savvy, you can help as with our online publicity by creating a regional accessibility group or by posting about local initiatives. Please get in touch with our community manager.
Write for Jaccede
For those of you who have a way with words, you can get involved in our blog. Why not interview a local dignitary who is working to promote accessibility? Tell us about your weekend break in a super-accessible holiday home, or about that parasport event. Send us your articles :)
Film or act!
- If you follow us on Facebook, you will know that we love positive and inspirational videos!
- If you have an idea for a screenplay, a friend who is an actor or director, or if you are taking part in an event that would be interesting to film, get in touch!
Organise a fundraising event in aid of Jaccede
How about a charity fundraising dinner in your home, a violin concert, an auction, or a fancy dress party? Use your talents for a good cause.
Do you have other ideas or specific skills?
Don't hesitate to share your ideas with us. We will help you to bring them to life.
Make some phone calls
Do you have a chat app on your telephone? We need you to make some calls! Don't be shy; we'll explain everything to you! Whether you can spare half a day or a day, regularly or as a one-off, it's up to you!
Help us with our databases
Do you like digging for information? Are you organised enough to sort information in an Excel spreadsheet? Then you're just the person we're looking for! We need help identifying potential partners (not-for-profit organisations and companies).
All we ask is half a day of your time, once or twice a week, for a month.
