J'ai peut etre été un peu dure en ce qui concerne l'accueil, disons que cela dépend vraiment du moment et du personnel.

Note pour les touristes ou de passage: il y a deux gares à Lyon: Part Dieu et Perrache. Part Dieu est plus aisé car à Perrache seul le quai A est accessible (ascenseur), pour le reste les agents font passer sur les voies (parfois long). De plus on peut facilement rejoindre perrache depuis part dieu grâce au tramway.
